Can I request a child seat for my transfer ?

Yes, you can request a child seat when booking your transfer. Please specify the type of seat you need ( infant, toddler, or booster) to ensure it’s ready for you. In addition, seats are not charged extra

Do you offer services for large groups ?

Absolutely, we offer a range of vehicle options, including larger vans and minibuses, to accommodate groups of various sizes. Be sure to mention your group size when booking.

What If I need to cancel my reservation ?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your transfer. Just send us an email or a message.

What happens if there’s traffic delaying my transfer ?

Our drivers are experienced in navigating traffic and use real-time traffic data to find the best routes. If there’s a significant delay, we will inform you and keep you updated on the expected arrival time. There will be no additional costs

What if I need a transfer late at night or early in the morning ?

Our service operates 24/7, so you can book a transfer at any time, day or night. If you have a particularly early or late booking, we recommend arranging in advance to ensure a smooth service.
